Scholarship Application
2023-2024 School Year
We are pleased to announce that the Wednesday Racine Optimist Club is offering six (6) $1,000 academic scholarships for higher education expenses to the students of eastern Racine County for the 2023-2024 school year.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
Plan to be a full-time student for the 2022-23 academic school year at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school (High school seniors and current college students are encouraged to apply)
Be between 17 and 23 years of age
Live east of Interstate 94 in Racine County, Wisconsin
Submit a carefully completed scholarship application by 11:59 pm on February 28, 2023.

All applications must be received by February 28, 2023.
Winners of each of the six $1,000 scholarships will be notified by mid-April and will be invited to attend our meeting on Wednesday, June 21st to be awarded their scholarship.
Scholarship money can be used for tuition only and will be made payable to both the school and the student.
